2009 PDGA Tournament Documents Released!
The 2008 PDGA Tour set an all time record with number of PDGA sanctioned events, 993 events in 47 states, 3 provinces, and 17 other countries. This is an increase of about 17% as of today and there is a still possibility that we may even hit 1000+ events in 2008!
There are several factors that contribute to the growth and success we are experiencing but there is no doubt that the primary reason is the hard working and often underappreciated tournament directors.
Please review these documents carefully as there have been some changes. All of the major changes have been noted in the 2009 Tour Standards document. Also, there are still a few 2009 documents being workedon such as the Electronic TD Report.
The 2008 PDGA Tour has been amazing and is winding down and I know you have been anxiously awaiting the release of the 2009 Tour Documents and to begin submitting your sanctioning agreements for your 2009 events.
